To process and handle your request, please attach the following documents:

1. Proof of purchase

Please attach a receipt or any other document confirming the purchase of the dust collector.

2. Video for service request (mandatory)

Please attach a video that clearly shows:

• how the dust collector operates or does not operate;

• the serial number of the dust collector;

• the power supply unit from both sides.

Choose a product eligible for repair.
Add the serial/lot number if available.
Video content up to 20 seconds.
